Abstract: In speeding up the construction of new countryside in Henan, we should give full play to the positive role of rural music culture. Aiming at the problems of Henan rural music culture construction, currently there are following problems to be solved: the lack of deep understanding of the significance of rural cultural construction, music confusion in management mechanism and mode of development backwardness, lack of talent music and music creation and barren. We should establish a scientific management mechanism, form an industrial development model, and provide a solid guarantee for talents so as to promote the development of rural music culture in Henan province.
