Abstract: In recent years, network novels start to step into film and TV industry, which has a great influence on traditional literature and society. It attracts more and more attention, which indicates the vitality of network literature. The characteristics of the network novels are the basic reasons that network novels can enter into film and TV industry. Network novels have the characteristics of large number, different themes, close to reality. These meet with the demand of the audience. Compared with paper works, network novels can better express individual's spiritual need freely. It has become important and urgent things for circles of literature, film and TV plays to regulate network novels and gradually establish an adaptation system which agree with the essence of literature and have the characteristic of network novels.
