  • 摘要: 大学生诚信品质的形成包括内在转化过程和外在影响过程,经过诚信情感、诚信信念和诚信意志三个心理过程,最终在外在因素的影响下,以具体的诚信行为表现出来。诚信品质形成规律主要有渐进律、矛盾律和内化外化律。诚信教育应该遵循渐进律,把诚信教育的内容与学生的思想行为需求结合起来;遵循矛盾律,引导学生通过实践把诚信认知和诚信行为统一起来;遵循内化外化律,引导学生把加强自律与遵守他律结合起来。

     

    Abstract: The process of college students forming good credit quality includes inner transformation process and external influence. It is formed through three psychological stages:integrity emotion, faith and willpower, which lead to concrete and honest behavior under the influence of external factors. The law of forming good credit quality mainly includes progressive law, contradiction rate and internalization and externalization law. Following progressive law means combining integrity education with students' thinking and behavior needs; Following contradiction law means guiding students to combine integrity cognitive with integrity behavior through practice; Following internalization and externalization law means guiding students to combine self-discipline with heteronomy.
