论高校学生党支部建设中的“ 时效性” 问题

On the Construction of the Timeliness of College Students＇Party Branch

  • 摘要: 学生党支部建设是高校党建工作的重要组成部分｡高校党支部的设置目前多按年级､班级设立,这种横向设立的党支部,其建设存在起止节点和存续周期短的问题,且创建时间因受党员发展程序和时间的制约,致使党支部存续的“时间效应”与党支部工作的“实际效应”之间产生矛盾｡以所在专业为基础纵向设置学生党支部,能够从根本上消弭横向设置支部存在的起止节点和存续短的周期,从而提高高校学生党支部建设的稳定性､传承性､针对性和灵活性,进而在“时间效应”的规约下实现“实际效应”最大化｡
