新课标背景下小学数学教师专业素质现状分析与提升策略研究——基于福建省3个地级市20所小学的调查

On the Current Situation Analysis and Improvement Strategies of Primary School Math Teachers' Professional Quality under the Background of the New Curriculum Standards——Based on a Survey of 20 Primary Schools in 3 Prefectural Cities in Fujian Province

  • 摘要: 文章对福建省3个地级市20所小学的数学教师专业素质现状进行问卷调查,结果发现小学数学教师的专业素质虽整体处在中上的水平,但是在专业知识、专业技能、专业情意三个维度的水平是不平衡的,且在性别、教龄、职称、第一学历和最高学历等方面都具有显著的差异。针对存在的问题,要提升小学数学教师专业素质,政府须构建激励保障制度和优化教师评价制度,学校要关心教师专业成长和加大教师培训力度,教师要提高对专业素质的认识和强化反思能力。

     

    Abstract: The article conducted a questionnaire survey on the professional quality situation of mathematics teachers in 20 primary schools in three prefectural cities in Fujian Province. The results show that although the overall level of professional quality of primary school mathematics teachers is at an intermediate level, the level is imbalanced in the three dimensions of professional knowledge, professional skills, and professional sentiment, and there are significant differences in gender, teaching experience, professional title, first and highest degree. In response to the existing problems, in order to improve the professional quality of primary school mathematics teachers, the government must establish an incentive and guarantee system and optimize the teacher evaluation system. Schools should pay attention to the professional growth of teachers and increase teacher training efforts. Teachers should improve their understanding of professional quality development and strengthen their reflective ability.
