在线课程质量感知对大学生在线学习满意度的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Online Course Quality Perception on College Students' Online Learning Satisfaction

  • 摘要: 在线课程资源建设迅速,但大学生在线课程学习的满意度并不高,如何提高在线学习满意度成为关键问题。本文从在线课程质量的视角分析课程质量感知对大学生在线学习的价值实现及对满意度的影响,并基于期望确认理论构建研究模型,提出研究假设,通过调查问卷进行数据收集,并利用SPSS和Smart PLS进行统计分析和假设检验。实证结果表明:大学生在线学习的期望确认会影响大学生对在线课程质量的感知,在线课程质量会显著影响大学生在线学习的价值和满意度,而感知价值直接会影响在线学习的满意度。研究结果对于提高在线课程的质量,提升在线学习价值,增强大学生在线学习的满意度具有重要参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Online courses have developed rapidly, but the satisfaction of college students' online learning is not high. How to improve satisfaction of online learning has become a key issue. This paper constructs a satisfaction research model of online course learning from the perspective of perceived quality based on the expectation confirmation theory. The data were collected through online questionnaire, analyzed and tested by the SPSS and Smart PLS. Research results show that expectation confirmation of online course learning has a significant influence on perceived quality, perceived value and students' satisfaction. Perceived course quality and perceived learning quality which belong to perceived quality have a significant influence on perceived value and online learning satisfaction. Perceived value has a significant impact on online learning satisfaction. The research results have important roles in improving the quality of online courses, college students' perceived value and online learning satisfaction.
