Abstract: In the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has been continuously developed and improved.The most basic and successful experience is that the Communist Party of China can keep pace with the times and make scientific and accurate positioning of the political value of the democratic parties. From "political force serving socialism" to "participating political parties", and further to "participating political parties with Chinese characteristics", the scientific value positioning of democratic parties has greatly enhanced their political status and played their political functions. It has been proved that only by proceeding from the overall strategic situation of economic and social development, positioning the political value of the democratic parties for the interests of the people, and demonstrating the political value of the democratic parties for the people through participation in politics, can the development and perfection of China's political party system be smoothly promoted.
