Abstract: The new revision "Fire Law" entrusted with the public security fire prevention organization to executive the enforcement power,Which has further improved the fire prevention organization s power,and the public security fire prevention organization has gotten rid of the difficult situation caused by the lack of the enforcement power.This paper defined the conception of the enforcement power,discussed its implementation principle,procedures and means of relief.
