《世说新语》“对”字研究——兼论“对”从上古到中古的词性演变

摘要: “对”的形义来源,学术界尚有不同看法。《世说新语》中“对”字共出现59次,所处的语言环境大致有5种情况:对+曰;对+N+曰;对+N+V;F(能)+对;其他语境。“对”用做动词、名词,还用做介词,用法具有典型性。据我们考察,先秦典籍中的“对”不用做介词。介词“对”萌芽于西汉,产生于东汉,成熟于南北朝。

Abstract: Different views about the source of form and meaning of the word "dui"(对) still exist in academic field nowadays. In Shi Shuo Xin Yu (《世说新语》) the word "dui" has been used 59 times altogether. Its language circumstances have the following five situations: dui(对)+yue(曰);dui+ N+ yue; dui + N + V; F +( can) + dui; the other language environments. "Dui"(对) can be used verb, noun and preposition, its usage is very typical. According to our inspecting, "dui" in early Qin Dynasty's books was not used as a preposit...
