Abstract: As an important reform in the supply-side structural reform of state-owned enterprises, the divestiture of state-owned enterprises as a social function has far-reaching significance and influence. The divestiture of state-owned enterprises is an important aspect of the social function of state-owned enterprises, and the reform of state-owned enterprises educational functions has undergone preliminary reforms during 1993-2007. After a lapse of ten years, in 2016, deepening reform restarted. This paper attempts to comb the evolution route of state-owned enterprises being stripped education function, combining with the current situation, we should deeply think about the difficulties at the present stage after education functions of the state-owned enterprises being stripped, and the countermeasures will be put forward to accelerate the peeling of state-owned enterprises to promote the education function.
