摘要: 农民专业合作组织是在市场化过程中为解决农户个体生产与大市场间的矛盾应运而生的。河南省农民专业合作组织经过近几年的快速发展,在增加农户收入、提高农产品竞争力、化解农村经济社会矛盾等方面取得了显著成效,但也存在内部管理制度不健全、政府政策支持及服务和指导不到位等问题,必须引起重视并认真加以解决。
