Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating role of psychological capital of teachers in secondary vocational schools on job characteristics and job satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was conducted among secondary vocational school teachers in Tianjin, Shanxi, Sichuan, Hunan, Zhejiang and Guizhou by using job characteristics scale, local psychological capital scale and secondary vocational teachersapos; job satisfaction scale. The results showed that the working characteristics, psychological capital and job satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers were 22 related. Psychological capital played a partial mediating role between job characteristics and job satisfaction, and the mediating effect accounted for 18.2% of the total effect. And the structural equation model is used to further verify the intermediary role model of psychological capital. This study believes that the job characteristics of secondary vocational teachers can affect job satisfaction through psychological capital.
