中职教师工作特征与工作满意度的关系:心理资本的中介作用

The Mediating Effect of the Psychological Capital between Secondary Vocational Teachers Job Ch

  • 摘要: 为了探讨中等职业院校教师的心理资本在工作特征与工作满意度间的中介作用。采用工作特征量表、本土心理资本量表和中职教师工作满意度量表对天津、山西、四川、湖南、浙江和贵州等地的中职教师进行问卷调查。结果发现:中职教师的工作特征、心理资本与工作满意度之间两两相关;心理资本在工作特征与工作满意度之间起到了部分中介作用,其中中介效应占总效应的18.2%,结构方程模型进一步验证了心理资本的中介作用。本研究认为中职教师的工作特征可以通过心理资本对工作满意度产生影响。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating role of psychological capital of teachers in secondary vocational schools on job characteristics and job satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was conducted among secondary vocational school teachers in Tianjin, Shanxi, Sichuan, Hunan, Zhejiang and Guizhou by using job characteristics scale, local psychological capital scale and secondary vocational teachersapos; job satisfaction scale. The results showed that the working characteristics, psychological capital and job satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers were 22 related. Psychological capital played a partial mediating role between job characteristics and job satisfaction, and the mediating effect accounted for 18.2% of the total effect. And the structural equation model is used to further verify the intermediary role model of psychological capital. This study believes that the job characteristics of secondary vocational teachers can affect job satisfaction through psychological capital.
