Abstract:
The teaching and research section of colleges and universities is an important carrier of university function, and plays an important role in executing teaching plan, carry out teaching reform and improve teachers' quality. However, at present, it is gradually marginalized in the university management with over administration and desalting tendency, leading to the lack of teachers' cooperative culture, teaching and research functions and professional identity. The professional learning community with ecological characteristics is a way of thinking that can provide not only a new inspiration for the transformation and development of the teaching and research section, but also a practical platform for the professional development of teachers. Therefore, the teaching and research section should be built energetically into a professional learning community with the construction of equal participation mechanism, the establishment of common vision, the cultivation of teachers' cooperative culture, and personal practical knowledge sharing mechanism and improvement of the support system.
