Abstract: Based on "Internet plus" and cloud computing and big data, internet education industry has many unique advantages that traditional education have not. While giving the traditional learning style and teaching mode profound influence, its market potential is also optimistic. However, the development of Chinaapos;s Internet education industry is still in its infancy, and the further development of Internet education is still restricted by many problems both inside and outside the industry. Internet education enterprises could promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry through cross-border cooperation, reasonable distribution of profits, and improving user experience. Meanwhile, management department should also give legal and institutional support.
