Abstract: In many laws of growth, the rule of ambition-accumulation-creation is the most important and most basic law of the growth of all kinds of talents at all levels. It is of great significance to strengthen the understanding and study of this law to promote the training of college students. At present, there exist some problems in the training of college students in China, such as the lack of aspiration education and the lag of career planning education, the lack of independent ability training, the lack of effective accumulation, the lack of professional practice ability and the neglect of independent thinking ability and the cultivation of innovative spirit. Therefore, we should strengthen the aspiration education, scientifically plan the career of college students, emphasize the cultivation of independent ability, enhance the thickness and width of gathering, improve professional practice ability, and cultivate independent thinking ability and innovative thinking.
