Abstract: The vision of making development people-centered is an vital inference in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the word "people"has been mentioned for 203 times. We can grasp and comprehend that the personal sentiment, responsibility and mission about people are the most supreme in the report from three levels, namely, remaining true to our original aspiration, exercising state for the people and keeping our mission firmly in mind. Or we still can master the specific context by using the word "people" in the report of 19th CPC National Congress from past, present and future aspects.
