Abstract:
Tutorial system in China has been introduced and practiced in art design teaching in universities, but because of the fast professional development, insufficient resources and ignorance of the perspective of the parties concerned,makes the system lack of energy, and closed way of running school causes mentoring organization mode rigid. Starting from the problems this paper presents the solution to "resources"problems, emphasis on participation and integration to "system" problems, open pluralistic, hierarchical to lead the way to solve the problem of "mode", in order to resolve the art design major problems in the construction of new mentoring type.
