Abstract: The intelligent government is the development trend of government modernization.It embodies a paradigm shift from an omnipotent government to an intelligent government.The intelligent government has shown its superiority in the government purchase of home aged services,taking Wuhou District in Chengdu as an example,the purchase of home-based aged services sector efforts could build a new mode and be very fruitful, but still faces many challenges.It mainly focuses on three dimensions of government perception, institutional development and purchase process;based on this,it proposes optimization strategy by big data thinking to reconcile supply and demand balance contradiction,Government wisdom intervention to cultivate the pension service market and improve the purchase process to build smart buyer.
