Abstract: The ideology of New Democratic Capitalism is put forward by MAO Ze-dong to cope with Capitalism as an important issue in the process of revolution even socialist construction in backward China.The ideology demonstrates itself the distinctive periodic characteristics with different strategies and propositions respectively in the period of democratic revolution,new democratic society and socialist society.While the special national situation combined with the changing international political situation are the most important factors causing those periodic changes.
