摘要: 鄂豫皖苏区地方防御体系是地方党组织在中共革命战略的指导下,根据地方革命环境和具体的革命实践而逐步建立起来的。通过正规红军的武装斗争,逐步建立区域性的游击武装,进而组织群众性的防御武装。这种由游击武装和群众性武装相互配合的地方防御体系的形成,使鄂豫皖苏区基本实现了全民皆兵的全面军事化,从而增强了鄂豫皖苏区地方基层的军事防御能力,对苏区的巩固与发展具有至关重要的意义。Abstract: The regional defense system in Soviet Region of Hubei-Henan-Anhui was formed by the local party of the CCP who seek a balance between the guidance of the CCP center and regional circumstances and the experiences of local revolution.The defense system constituted by the mass militias and the regional guerillas played a fundamental part in consolidating and strengthening the revolutionary base area
