Abstract: Small and micro enterprises of science and technology are important forces in scientific and technological innovation, and play a very important role in the development of national economy. However, due to the constraints of various factors, small and micro enterprises of science and technology in Henan are also facing the problems of lack of policy support, lack of high-quality talents, weak technical innovation ability, heavy operating burden and financing difficulty. Based on the analysis of these problems, and learning from foreign small and micro enterprises of science and technology, Henan needs to take the following strategies to promote and support the development of small and micro enterprises of science and technology, i.e.: increasing government support and implementing tracking evaluation, broadening financing channels and building financial support system, adjusting enterprise strategy and optimizing organization structure, introducing technical talents and enhancing core competitiveness, creating a good atmosphere and setting up enterprise image, etc.
