摘要: 守法精神是法制运作的必要机制,是法治社会的灵魂和核心,是衡量法治环境优劣的基本尺度。守法精神包括服从法律、运用法律、信仰法律、批判法律四个方面的内涵。市场经济是守法精神生成的经济基础,民主政治是守法精神生成的政治基础,市民社会是守法精神生成的社会基础,理性文化是守法精神生成的文化基础。守法精神是创制良法的思想源泉、依法行政的思想保障、公正司法的思想基础、自觉守法的思想动力
