Abstract: During the second civil revolutionary war,under the difficult circumstances of contact-break with the upperlevel party organization and facing the fierce attack of more than 100,000 form army of Guomindang,in the three-year guerrilla war,the Red Army in Hubei,Henan and Anhui sticks to the policy of deep depending on the mass and extensively developing united front,carrys out the flexible strategy and forms armies in plain clothes,finally achieve the victory of the revolutionary.
