摘要: 抗战时期中国共产党采取的放手壮大人民力量的方针,经历了一个逐步形成的过程。在1937年8月中国共产党的洛川会议所制定的独立自主的山地游击战的战略方针中,就已经包含了"放手壮大人民力量"的内容;此后,这一方针的内涵不断丰富和发展,至中国共产党的七大,正式确定了"放手发动群众,壮大人民力量"的方针。这一方针的重点和中心内容是发展武装力量。它的形成和制定,是抗战时期中国共产党领导的人民力量获得巨大发展的重要原因。Abstract: The policy of boldly expanding the people’ forces adopted by the Chinese Communist Party during the anti-Japanese war had been formed step by step.In the strategy of independent guerrilla war of mountain region set up in the CCP’ s Luochuan Meeting in August 1937,the content of boldly expanding the people’s forces was already included.Since then,the connotation of the policy had been enriched and developed continuously.Up to the 7th National Conference of CCP,the policy of "boldly arousing the m...
