Abstract: A primary gratitude scale for public servant with 21 topics has been compiled based on the theories of McCullough and our further analysis after questionnaires.Then the item analysis and analysis of probing factors were used to inspect it.The results showes that 3 factorors and 13 items formed the final scale,which are frequency、extent and Intensity;The three subscales’ standardized item loadings were from 0.424 to 0.718,and cumulative variance was 61.142%;Correlation analysis showed that there ..
