The Management of the South Honan Union Hospital during the Northern Expedition

摘要: 1920年为应对瘟疫流行,信阳成立了豫南大同医院。该院的经费主要来自社会捐款和经常收入。尽管医院规定社会捐款用于工程建设,经常收入用于医务开支,但实际运营中社会捐款常被挪用于医疗事务。这一方面是因为战争环境中经常收入难以保证;另一方面,大量伤残士兵前来就诊并拖欠医疗费也给医院带来了沉重经济负担。

Abstract: South Honan Union Hospital was constructed in response to epidemic disease in 1920.The fund of South Honan Union Hospital comes from donation and regular income.According to the rules,donation serves the construction,and the regular income is used for treatment.But the uptrend that donation being used for treatment can not be changed at last,because the regular income is not ensured in war,but brings much more invalids to rescue,and the postage due to hospital has added the economic burden to ho.
