摘要: 鸡公山是著名的避暑胜地,近代鸡公山的历史与外国传教士紧密相关。20世纪初,因外国人擅自在鸡公山购地建屋,引发一场涉外纠纷,史称"鸡公山外人购地建屋案"。在晚清地方官员的积极交涉下,该案得到妥善处理。该案是近代涉外活动中维护国家主权比较成功的范例之一。Abstract: Jigong mountain is a famous scenic spot,It’s modern history had intimate relation with foreign missionary.At the begining of 20 Century,There had a dispute between foreign and China about purchase of Jigong mountain,It’s called the case of Jigong mountain purchase.It had a good result after negotiation.It was a success example of safeguard coutry sovereign rights in modern times.
