Abstract: The "problem and doctrine" dispute of the early twentieth century has long been settled,but the risk,it warned,of dogmatism talk about theory has not disappeared with it.The proposed approach of the promotion of "doctrine" and "theoretical" in the "problem and doctrine" dispute,still inspire us very much in the theoretical propaganda today.
