Abstract: Chinese Communist Party takes the political slogans mobilization effect to the people seriously in the near 90 years development course.When Jiang Zemin was holding the post of the Party’s general secretary period,he brought forward some famous political slogans in the field of ethnic work,and they have covered our party ethnic theory basic content,and they have promoted the development of our country work relating to ethnic minorities.
