Abstract: The same or approximate trademark has different body enjoying exclusive right or right of use,these coexisting phenomenon have legitimate reason of existent,and in the same time,it causes damage to the competition order of market and interests of consumer,and plants hidden danger to all kinds of anti-competitive problem.So we should analyze coexisting phenomenon of the same or approximate trademark.We should implement legal regulation to problems.
