Abstract: In this thesis,the author mainly discusses three issues:firstly,why to study the aim of the development of Chinese character,secondly,the aims of the development of Chinese character are standard,easily to learn and conveniently to use,and thirdly,how to realize the aims of standard,easily to Learn and conveniently to use.
