美国高等教育国际化实践及其对我国的启示

The United States Internationalization of Higher Education and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要: 美国高等教育国际化经历了独立前、创造性地学习德国、发展与不断完善三大时期的发展。20世纪90年代以来,美国高等教育主体逐渐转移到了高校自身。其开放的态度,兼容并蓄的原则,自身优势的培育,对国际化多层面的理解与适时的主体转换等对我国高等教育国际化发展具有重要启示。

Abstract: As a beginning,emphasis is laid upon the introduction of the developing course and characteristic U.S.higher education internationalization.The article discloses the courses of U.S.higher education internationalization in the highest flight and provides macroscopic and microcosmic propositions and opinions to China’s Higher Education’s internationalization.
