Abstract: The building is not only a shield for us to live,but also an art to appreciate.The author of it can be granted by copyright same as other authors of art works.A distinctive building could be registered as the three-dimensional trademark without infringing other rights.A unique building is able to get design patent.The Intellectual property of architecture should be explored in order to promote the innovation.
