Abstract: In the process of the University logistics socialization,a more prominent issue is produced,that is the conflict between the dormitory management authorities of the rights of students.Therefore,the following should be made clear such as the legal status of University logistics,the legal relationship with students and the legal property of dormitory.The purpose of analyzing the causes of the conflicts and find related solution is to build a legal,civilized and harmonious living environment.
