Abstract: Henan Province is big culture province full of variable and abundunt culture resource,especially in South region of Henan Province,there exists dense and deep tradition of red culture.Universities of South Henan Province exert resource advantage to create educational atmosphere of red cultrue,by means of developing a series of activities and taking red education as handgrip,they form characteristic practice of enforcing and improving college students' ideological and political work.
