摘要: 河南文化产业发展取得了瞩目的成就,但也存在一些问题,如文化产业整体实力不强,文化资源的转化能力较弱;创新和策划能力不高;产业链条不完整,产业群还未形成等。产业集群理论对河南文化产业资源配置的优化、经济布局的合理化、形成区域竞争优势具有重要的现实指导意义。发展河南文化产业需要采取完善文化市场体系,整合文化资源、打造文化产业集群,推进产业结构调整,延伸文化产业链,培育品牌、加强知识产权保护,创新人才机制、大力培养和引进人才等策略,以建立一个政府引导、市场主导、技术供给和需求双向互动,官产学研结合,科技链与产业链联动的河南文化产业集群创新体系。
