摘要: 企业产权制度是决定劳资关系性质的深层根源,劳资关系恶化是古典产权制度的必然产物,而现代产权制度则为劳资关系走向协调提供了良好的制度保障。当前私营企业突出的劳资矛盾,主要根源于不尽合理的古典产权制度,即由所有权单一地决定企业决策的产权安排,企业只追求利润最大化,势必产生严重的劳资矛盾。必须通过改革,建立现代产权制度,确立劳动力产权,让劳动者拥有股权,使职工既作为劳动者又成为资本所有者,并融入公司治理结构中,才能够为构建和谐劳资关系提供坚实的基础。
