Abstract: Most of scholars think that life imprisonment must not apply in juvenile delinquency cases.But in the eyes of the law,life imprisonment can be applied in juvenile delinquency cases,furthermore,it is necessary for life imprisonment applying in juvenile delinquency cases according to the criminal policy of temper justice with mercy and rules suitable and the principle of matching punishment with crime.
