摘要: 就业问题是农民工市民化的核心问题。但是城乡二元就业制度使农民工与城镇市民在就业准入、就业培训、就业服务、劳动待遇等方面存在着很大的差异和不平等,对农民工就业产生了许多不利影响,从而弱化了农民工的市民化意愿,降低了市民化能力,抑制了市民化进程,因此必须对城乡二元就业制度进行改革和创新,以促进城乡劳动者平等就业,推动农民工市民化进程。 RemoveUnknownChar('ChDivSummary');

Abstract: Employment has been the core issue in the process of farmer worker citizenalization.But there are great difference and inequality in admitance,traning,service and pay between farmer workers and citizen because of the different employment systems in urban and rural areas,which has produced a lot of unfavourable impact on the employment of farmer workers.Therefore,we should carry out reform and innovation in order to let labors in both urban and rural areas have equal chance to be employed.
