Abstract: Induction of Elimination system of Criminal Record in governing juveniles'crime can achieve the special-protection principle which maximizes the benefit of juveniles through full utilization educational and preventional function of penalty fully.The character of Elimination of Criminal Record in juveniles'crime is not elimination of crime fact but legal effect.In our country,we should take measure on lawmaking which include object,range,essence and precedure of the system.At the same time,judicial authority and social public also should provide powerful guarantee both in system and in psychology.
