Abstract: The circumstances of crime is used in different meanings in criminal law of China,which is not appropriate for standardization of criminal law.Therefore,if we can classify the circumstances of crime correctly,analysis the relationship between them and propose the strategy of improvement,it will play a very important role in the theoretical promotion,legislation perfection and judicial standardization.
