Abstract: To build the Marxist Learning-oriented Party is to make the study of scientific theories and advanced knowledge institutionalized and habituated.It is an inevitable requirement for the Party,standing at a new historical point,to improve the governance capacity;it is also a matter of rise-and-fall of the nation,a matter of success-and-failure of the socialist modernization.At present,there are still a number of practical problems existing in the process of building the Marxist Learning-oriented Party,which need urgent solutions.Therefore,we should make further efforts to thoroughly understand the main existing issues,and then regard the reflection upon these issues as the pointcut,which will play a fundamental role in efficiently settling the major contradictions which constrain the process of building the Marxist Learning-oriented Party.
