Abstract: LIU Shao-qi's "Discussed Communist Party Member's Training" has absorbed the inheritance of Confucianism morals training theory critically,entrusting it with Marxism world outlook and the new annotation of methodology.It pointed out emphatically that from the self-training aspect,the communist party member must strengthen frequently the ideology and the moral character training taking the Marxism-Leninism as instruction.This article,inheriting the Confucianism morals training theory,analyzes the reality guiding sense of the communist party member training's theory of LIU Shao-qi to the Communist party's construction of Contemporary China,form the aspects of the human friendly nature,the self-introspection,the unification of the theory and the practice,the self-criticism and the unselfishly.
