Abstract: The manner in which the sexual passion is observed and treated by Confucians during the Pre-Qin Period was significantly affected by the cultural context of the collapsing of Rites and the disappearing of Elegant Music in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty at the turn of the Spring to Autumn period. Their theories and practice in dealing with lust issues has followed the historical sequence in the Confucian cultural system,while at the same time been connected with their own academic concepts,thus presenting to us a unique and distinct domain and originality.
