Abstract:
The inevitable result of the flowing employment of China’s rural labor force at this stage is the lack of education for the left- behind children in rural areas,it’s prominent performances are the decline of academic record,the weak sense of safety,ethical miscon- duct and the imperfect of personality psychology,and it is rooted in the poor supervision of family,the lack pointed of the school education and the vacancy of government management. To solve this problem,the Government should bear the major responsibility to play a good function of the family and school education,the fundamental strategy is to develop secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and small towns construction vigorously,promote the rural labor force to be employed nearby,to create a good environment for the healthy growth of the left-behind children
