关于高校教师职业生涯规划的思考

On Career Planning of University Teachers

  • 摘要: 作为个体行为,高校教师的职业规划应包括自我认知、选择职业生涯路线、目标计划及行动方案、评估与反馈等基本内容。个体在构建自身职业生涯规划体系的同时,还需要组织提供多方面的制度支持,高校管理部门应通过畅通教师职务发展通道、提供多样化培训体系、完善高校聘任制改革、建立和完善职业生涯管理制度等,将教师个人科学发展与学校科学发展有机结合起来,实现教师和学校发展的双赢局面。

     

    Abstract: While university teachers are building their own career planning system,it is also necessary to organize and provide a wide range of institutional support. And it is important to integrate the scientific development of individual teachers and schools to achieve win-win situation of teachers and school development by smoothing the development gateway of teaching posts,offering diversity training system,perfecting the reform of university appointment system and establishing a perfect supporting systems,and so on
