Abstract: The peasant population occupies the overwhelming majority of our country,expanding the peasant orderly participation politics is a system engineering that fundamentally maintains our country rural community order to be stable. It needs four aspects such as main body condition,system foundation,important way and key link and so on,that is to say,promote the right consciousness of the peasants orderly participation politics,perfect democracy participation mechanism,expand the democracy participation channel,speeds up the step of villages and towns corporate reform,establish and improve the rural grassroots government system that both ensures the party’s leadership and safeguards the villager self-administration right
