摘要: 委托作品使用相当于著作权许可,其内容由委托创作的特定目的确定。实现委托创作的特定目的之必要的权利为委托作品使用权的内容,包括作品财产权也包括作品人身权。在无法确定委托创作的特定目的时,委托作品使用权的内容由委托创作的通常目的确定。Abstract: The right to the use of commissioned works is the equivalent of copyright licensing,its contents determined by the specific purpose of the commission works writing included including the moral rights and the Property rights. If the specific purpose cannot be determined,the right to use the commissioned works is determined by the usual purpose of the commission works writing.
