浅析中国本科教育师生交流的缺失及对策

摘要: 随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,中国高等教育的教学质量、尤其是本科教育的教学质量有所下降,其中,尤为明显的一点则为教授对本科教学任务的回避以及本科教育中师生交流的缺失。造成师生交流缺失的原因,一方面源于中国学术界现存的"重科研、轻教学"的理念及教科研不同的评价体制和利益导向,另一方面源于中国高校师资力量的匮乏以及现任教师自身水平较低。要想解决这个问题,除了重塑大学教学职能的中心地位,加强利用现代通信手段外,更重要的是要加强制度层面的引导和完善。Abstract: Along with the Chinese higher education popularity time's arrival,the teaching quality of the higher education,especially the teaching quality of the undergraduate education is dropping,there is an obvious point that the duty's evasion of the professors in the undergraduate course teaching and the loss of interactions between teachers and students in undergraduate education.The reason about this matter is one hand that the idea of "emphasizing scientific research while neglecting teaching" in Chinese academic circle and the different appraisal system and benefit guidance in teaching and scientific research.On the other hand,the reason is due to the shortage of the teachers in Chinese higher education and the lower level of the incumbent teachers.To solve this problem,we must remold the central position of university's teaching function,strengthen using the modern communication methods,the most important is strengthening the guidance and the consummation in the mechanism
