Abstract: The possibility and operability with teachers' moral quantization are the two new issues in the current field of teachers' moral construction.This paper suggests that the possibility of quantization originated from socialism righteousness and profit,and it's practical route should be the principle of return about the virtue ethics.The philosophical foundation of teachers' moral quantization was established,which will exert influence on improving the whole quality of teachers.
